ORD started with an attempt to investigate if organizations are periodically structured and equipped to meet the challenges of an uncertain economy, ever-changing demand of the market and global competition?
It was found that most companies continue to support organizational structures that have remained unchanged for decades. In today’s ever fluctuating world and swift changing economy, one must know how to make changes quickly, effectively, economically and with as little political fall-out as possible. If you are not equipped to meet this challenge, success will be difficult and costly.
Likewise: Due to the mushrooming of B-Schools with total disregard to the capabilities of the owners, stress on infrastructure (laptops, wi-fi campus, air conditioned classrooms, etc. ) have taken precedence over academics.
This has resulted in only a very small proportion of graduating Management and Engineering students being found employable leaving the vast majority to compromise both in terms of remuneration and job satisfaction.
